The last episode had Jerry distrusting his latest girlfriend and accusing her of cheating on him with his cousin Jeffrey who looks like a horse. George’s glasses are stolen and he is wearing his prescription swimming goggles until he can order a new pair of glasses. Kramer got an air conditioning unit for Jerry at a discount and he says that if George simply mentions his name to Dwayne who runs an Optician’s store he will give George a 30% discount. Elaine was bitten by a dog and she thinks that she has all the symptoms indicating the she has a case the rabies.
Funniest scene:
George tells Kramer that he didn’t get a discount from Dwayne the Optician. Kramer is upset and says that Dwayne owes him big time for getting him off sugar. Kramer goes to the store to confront Dwayne. Kramer enters the store.
Kramer: Hey, Dwaynie
Dwayne: Hey, Kramer.
Kramer: What’s going on here?
Dwayne: What are you talking about?
Kramer: I’m talking about the 30% discount.
Dwayne: Who ever said anything about a discount?
Kramer: Oh, how quickly we forget. You owe me, buddy.
Dwayne: For what?
Kramer: (He whips out a Mound’s candy bar from his inside coat pocket and
waves it under Dwayne’s nose). Remember this?
Dwayne: (With fear and shock). What are you doing?
Kramer: Six months ago you were eating 4 of these for breakfast and chasing
them with a Ring-Ding, and two Butterfinger’s on the train. (He is
screaming at this point). Sound familiar?
Dwayne: (Looking at the candy bar with fear). Put that away.
Kramer: You remember that night I found you at Dinky Donuts? You’re hopped
up on Cinnamon Swirls. They wouldn’t serve you anymore. You
wouldn’t have any teeth if it wasn’t for me taking you over to Joe’s
Fruit Stand and stuffing cantaloupe down your throat – but so much
for gratitude – yeah, yeah, yeah (Screaming and waving the candy bar
in Dwayne’s face).
Dwayne: All right, all right, all right. I’ll give him the discount, just put that
thing away. This squares us.
Kramer: (Turns to the door and in a much softer voice). We’ll see you, Dwayne.
